Andrew is the proud father of an 8 year old daughter. He has been an airline pilot for over 20 years and has been training pilots to fly complex aircraft for the last 10 years and now has made a career change to pass on his skills as a car driving instructor.
Andrew’s calm and patient nature alongside his professionalism will put you at ease during your lesson and he is passionate about sharing his knowledge and helping his students reach the necessary skill level to become a safe driver. Andrew is committed to the learning process of every student and aims to make every lesson suit the client’s needs at the stage they are at.
When Andrew has free time he enjoys the outdoors, playing golf, riding dirt bikes and spending time with his daughter.
Andrew instructs in his own automatic vehicle but can also instruct in manual where the student has their own registered, roadworthy and fully insured vehicle. If using your own vehicle, students must complete at least one driving lesson with a Learn Drive Survive Driving Instructor and have 20-30 hours or more of supervised driving.
